This award-winning production gives the audience an immersive experience: they are led into Scrooge’s office, greeted by the cast of playful, wordless buffoons, and encounter close-up, alongside Scrooge, the ghosts of Christmas who, like some other characters, are differently-scaled puppets of varying types. Jon worked closely with sound designer Matt Padden to create a seamless underscore, sampling bells, harmoniums, and other organic sound sources, playing live on both violin and keyboards.
